I started developing the Life Balance KiT tools in 2005 to help the people who come to my workshops and coaching to stay focused on their life and plans once they’re back in ‘real life’.
I am fascinated by people - what makes us tick, what extraordinary skills and talents we have, what makes us well and happy and how to best rise above the time and energy consuming ‘busy stuff’ to sustainable and rewarding lives.
A perpetual student of the human condition, I am a qualified Coach and NLP Master Practitioner with an MSc in Human Resource Development. My current explorations are into the impact of mindfulness, how to change our unconscious habits and what neuroscience tells us about how our brains support us (or otherwise) in sustaining healthy, happy and fulfilling lives.
